Had the best experience with these folks. An unexpected breakdown of the air conditioning system during our road trip, and with 100+ degree temps we were desperate to find a mechanic. They were the only folks in Missoula who were willing to fit us in. Incredibly helpful, super communication, proactively found an issue with a tire, and got us back on road. Can't thank or say enough good things about them.

Sam and Zach are always so helpful and kind! I have been coming here for years and they are both awesome. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Sam was awesome, welcoming and warm customer service, this place is walking distance from home so incredibly convenient. Noticed our plates and gave us military discount, saving us $40 today. Stay blessed y'all. Got tires rotated, sensors replaced, and air filter changed.

Top-tier service! I am usually skeptical of chain shops, but the team at Meineke really does it right. I brought my high-mileage Ford in for a second opinion after receiving an astronomical quote for wheel bearings from Transolution Automotive. Not only did Meineke find underlying issues that the other shop completely overlooked, but they were also able to address everything for the same price the "local" shop was going to charge for just a single repair! Not only did they repair the truck, but they also deleted a check engine light on the house! They also did an alignment and a tire rotation, which the other shop didn't even perform when asked. I am beyond happy with how both I, and my Ford were treated. It’s clear these guys know what they’re doing and actually care about the safety of the vehicles they service. Highly recommended!
